Swans return after oil spill ordeal

Both birds were retrieved in January close to the River Trent in Radcliffe-on-Trent after they were spotted covered in a black substance.

A pair of swans that were saved following an oil spill have been cleaned and returned to their home.

Betty Wherry, from Derby, celebrated turning 106 at her Nottinghamshire care home.
