Jacqui Joseph announced as Make a Difference judge
BBC/Friel Kean FilmsTV presenter Jacqui Joseph has been announced as a judge for the BBC Make a Difference Awards for Radio Sussex and Surrey.
The 62-year-old, who presents on Homes Under The Hammer, Money for Nothing and Morning Live, will be judging the Community Group award.
She told BBC Radio Surrey: "It's something I wanted to get involved in and on Morning Live, we like to support community-spirited adventures.
"It's all about communities, stories and positive impacts, so to get involved is a real honour for me."
The awards began in Sussex and Surrey in 2011, and are now run across BBC Local.
Last year, Selsey Buddy Support group won the Community Group award in the region.
Joseph added: "There'll be four finalists and it's incredible when you read the stories of people who are doing tremendous things.
"They're all winners for me."
She said choosing between the entries could be "heartbreaking", but added there could "only be one winner".

On Money for Nothing, she said her best find was a real antique at the recycling centre.
She said: "It was a William Burt chair that was broken but it was unsafe.
"I took it off his hands, got it restored and sold it for about £1,300."
Nominations for the BBC Radio Surrey & Sussex Make a Difference Awards 2026 are open until 17:00 BST on 31 March.
The categories include: The Volunteer Award, Community Group Award, Fundraiser Award, Young Hero Award (under 16), Great Neighbour Award, Active Award, Environmental Award, and Animal Award.
The ceremony will take place in September.
