Hotels up for sale with combined £6.5m price tag
BBCTwo hotels have been put up for a sale and are on the market individually or as a pair, with a combined price tag of £6.5m.
The Best Western Stoke City Centre Hotel in Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent, is open to offers above £3.75m, while the Best Western Quality Hotel Coventry is listed for offers of more than £2.75m.
Both hotels are being sold with their respective freeholds, with the Stoke-on-Trent venue having 135 bedrooms and the Coventry site having 80.
The pair are being marketed through real estate firm Enterprise Hotels & Hospitality.
Promotional materials for the Hanley property says it includes "extensive public areas" including bar, lounges and restaurant.
It features an indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and gym as well as meeting and conference facilities.
There is on-site parking for approximately 150 vehicles and the hotel is situated within walking distance of city centre amenities.
GoogleThe hotel in Coventry is situated on the A45 Birmingham Road, about 3.5 miles from the city centre.
Facilities include four meeting and event suites accommodating up to 170 guests along with a restaurant, lounge bar and reception lobby.
There is on-site car parking with about 100 spaces and the venue has seen a recent "soft refurbishment".
