Motorcyclist seriously injured in bus crash
GoogleA motorcyclist has suffered life-threatening injuries following a collision with a bus, police have said.
Humberside Police said the incident, involving a black Keeway motorcycle and a single-decker bus, took place on the A1077 in Scunthorpe, on Winterton Road between Roxby and High Risby, shortly after 19:00 GMT on Friday.
The motorcyclist, a 29-year-old man, was taken to hospital with serious injuries that are thought to be life-threatening, the force said.
It added a passenger on the bus, a 64-year-old man, suffered minor injuries.
The force has appealed for witnesses or anyone with footage of the incident to get in touch.
