Appeal for people who took injured man to hospital

Police are appealing for help to identify two people who dropped a seriously injured man at hospital.

The man in his 30s arrived at West Cornwall Hospital, Penzance, with severe head and facial injuries shortly after 22:00 BST on Wednesday.

He was transferred to Derriford Hospital, Plymouth, after his injuries were considered to be potentially life-threatening, Devon and Cornwall Police said.

Officers said they thought the man had been assaulted and were "particularly keen" to hear from the two peple who took him to hospital, or from anyone who could help identify them.
