Police are appealing for witnesses after a woman was dragged outside a pub in Worcestershire

A woman had a "chunk of her hair" ripped out during an assault on two women at a pub in Worcestershire, police have said.

The incident happened just before 22:00 GMT on 28 February at The Vaults on Teme Street in Tenbury Wells.

For unknown reasons, a man shoulder-barged one of the women then grabbed the other by her hair and dragged her outside the pub, officers said.

The victims told police the man was a stranger and they did not know why he targeted them.

A West Mercia Police spokesperson said the force was appealing for witnesses and anyone who could help with the investigation.
