Man dies and boy, 10, seriously injured in crash

A man has died and a boy was injured following a crash in North Lincolnshire, Humberside Police said.

Officers said a red Mini left Cadney Road, Brigg, and hit a tree at about 13:45 GMT on Thursday.

The driver, 66, died at the scene. A 10-year-old passenger was taken to hospital with serious but non life-threatening injuries.

Witnesses or anyone with relevant dashcam footage is asked to contact police.
