Second man charged after shot fired outside property
Leicestershire PoliceA second man has been charged after a shot was fired outside a property in Glen Parva.
Officers were called to Hewes Close at about 20:40 GMT on 6 March, Leicestershire Police said. No injuries were reported.
Sam Comer, 18, of Stanwood Gardens, Whiston, Prescot, has been charged with conspiracy to commit murder and conspiracy to possess a firearm with intent to endanger life.
Previously, Aaron Flusk, 25, of The Crescent in Whiston, Merseyside, was charged with conspiracy to commit murder and conspiracy to possess a firearm with intent to endanger life. He is due to appear at Leicester Crown Court in May.
Comer has also been charged with two counts of being concerned in the supply of class A drugs and two counts of possession with intent to supply class A drugs.
He has also been charged with one count of possession of class B drugs and one of possession of criminal property.
Comer was remanded to appear at Leicester Magistrates' Court on Saturday, police said.
A further eight people - six men, 21, 22, 24, 26, 40 and 44, and two women, 21 and 51 - have been arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to commit murder and released on police bail pending further inquiries.
