A stunning strike from Caolan Boyd-Munce set Wycombe on their way to a home win over in-form Burton in League One.

The Brewers visited Adams Park off the back of four games without defeat, which included a shock 3-0 victory against play-off hopefuls Stockport.

But a moment of brilliance from the Chairboys' number eight put Albion behind early on before Luke Harris and Nathan Lowe added further goals in the last 10 minutes.

Boyd-Munce struck after 15 minutes when the Northern Ireland international unleashed an effort from 35 yards that crashed in off Bradley Collins' left-hand post.

Wycombe boss Michael Duff was sent off at half-time following an incident in the tunnel.

But the second period saw Wanderers again have the better of the chances as Boyd-Munce tried his luck once more from distance, but his bending effort hit the crossbar after 51 minutes.

Harris struck a post from a Fred Onyedinma cut back five minutes later.

But Wycombe had to wait until the last 10 minutes to wrap the game up, when they scored twice within 60 seconds.

First, Harris' scuffed 81st-minute shot managed to find its way beyond Collins for his first goal for the club since his loan move from Fulham.

And moments later Lowe found himself one-on-one with the Burton keeper and slotted home from 11 yards.
