Morecambe have had the transfer embargo they were placed under last month lifted by the National League.
The Shrimps were given the sanction over a disputed payment issue relating to former owners Bond Group Investments.
When the embargo was reported earlier this month the club said they were looking to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
"This development follows extensive lobbying and the provision of additional detailed information to the National League by the club's owners and senior management," they said in a statement on Wednesday., external
"This outcome now allows the club to focus on the remainder of the 2025-26 season."
Morecambe were taken over by Panjab Warriors in August after they had been forced to postpone their first three National League fixtures and the future of the club looked uncertain.
With eight games of the season to play they are three points adrift of safety as they look to avoid a third successive relegation.
