Scott Rendell scored deep into stoppage time as Aldershot hit back from a goal down to clinch victory over Tranmere in a feisty encounter.
An unremarkable start was punctuated by Rovers taking a 17th-minute lead, with Stephen McNulty heading home at the far post from Jeff Hughes' corner.
Despite pressure from the hosts Tranmere remained ahead until the 80th minute of a National League match that featured nine yellow cards.
Fabien Robert was the man to break the deadlock, drilling home the equaliser from inside the area.
Not satisfied with a share of the spoils, the Shots went for the victory and were rewarded in the fifth minute of stoppage time when Rendell got the final touch to Jim Kellermann's inswinging cross.
