  1. Bain blunder undoes Falkirk's good work

    A brilliant strike on the volley from Elliot Watt but Scott Bain, on such a high after representing Scotland midweek, has to do better.

    He looks crestfallen out there. Normally so reliable, it's a clear lapse in concentration.

    Falkirk had limited Motherwell to almost nothing and looked good for their lead. Game on now.

    Rangers are well on their way to the top of the league.

    Dundee United will be kicking themselves again. They leave Ryan Naderi totally free from a throw-in, and he tees up Thelo Aasgaard.

    The cross comes in and Andreas Skov Olsen heads it towards goal, then Sterling diverts it on target.

    It hits off Iurie Iovu on its way into the net, but I think Sterling will get the credit.

    More than merited for St Mirren.

    Jonah Ayunga is first to a loose ball, chopping inside before drilling a low finish into the bottom-left corner.

    The Buddies striker hits it well, but Dons keeper Per Kristian Bratveit will perhaps be disappointed with that.

    Has Thelo Aasgard not learned you get very little time in Scottish football?

    United goalkeeper Ashley Maynard-Brewer comes running out of his goal and it's hooked past him to the Rangers midfielder.

    He has an empty net to hit, but Iurie Iovu comes from his blindside and takes it off his toe.

    Should be 2-0.

    Aasgaard was getting pelters for taking a terrible corner.

    He's got on the second ball out wide beat his man and curls in an absolute great strike Maynard-Brewer could only get a hand to it.

    Ryan Naderi follows it up and knocks it into an empty net.

    Elijah Just's corner is cleared to the edge of the box, Elliot Watt picks up and smashes it towards Scott Bain. The Falkirk keeper gets two hands to it but pushes it into his own net.

    Liam Donnelly should have a hat-trick.

    Aberdeen are an absolute mess again at a set-play as St Mirren play a deep free-kick short before lobbing one in, but Donnelly gets stuck between going for goal and teeing up Killian Phillips and gets it all wrong.

    The two-goal lead stays intact, with Brad Lyons judged offside.

    It's a horrible mistake by United goalkeeper Ashley Maynard-Brewer.

    Thelo Aasgaard has a speculative shot, and Maynard-Brewer should either tip it over the bar or catch it.

    He ends up pushing it to the back post, where Naderi is waiting to tap in.

    Rangers lead having not set the heather alight in this game.

    Killie back in it... But there is a suggestion of offside.

    The ball is cut back to Findlay Curtis in the box and he tucks it away, but when the ball rebounded back to Brad Lyons, was the Killie skipper offside?

    The furthest back defender, Jordan Obita, was off the pitch at the time.

    Almost a third for Hibs.

    Jordan Obita is played down the left and draws the defender in before slipping in Owen Elding in the box.

    The young striker stands the goalkeeper up and squares but Aaron Tshibola slides back and the ball ends up in the hands of Kelle Roos.

  14. St Mirren 0-0 Aberdeen

    Aberdeen's alarm has gone off.

    They're awake now in Paisley as Graeme Shinnie drives to the byeline and forces Shamal George to tip away a dangerous low cross.

  15. Motherwell 0-1 Falkirk

    Motherwell were having trouble trying to play out from the back so Calum Ward opts to go long and plays the ball straight to the feet of a Falkirk player.

    They work it forwards and Calvin Miller, after a few stepovers, gets his shot away but the Motherwell keeper catches comfortably.

  16. Hibernian 2-0 Kilmarnock

    As mentioned earlier, a gentle reminder for any downcast Killie fans of the game between these sides in August at Easter Road.

    Hibs were 2-0 up and flying after half an hour that day. It ended up 2-2.

    Something from nothing from Kenan Bilalovic, who gallops forward and drives an effort from outside the box just wide of the far post.

    Excellent play from the Dons forward.

    It's getting feisty at Ibrox. Thelo Aasgaard is booked for a stray arm to the side of Vicko Sevelj's head.

    Then Krisztian Keresztes puts in a thumping tackle on Mikey Moore just after Emmanuel Agyei clattered into Dujon Sterling.

    Referee John Beaton played advantage for the initial challenge and judged the second not to be a free kick. The boos rain in.

    Aberdeen just cannot cope with cross balls. A season-long issue, too.

    Declan John whips in another corner from the right and Miguel Freckleton heads wide another clear St Mirren chance.
