'The best selling Indian band in the world. Based in the UK, Sahotas have promoted Indian music fused with roots punjabi Bhangra, contemporary sounds and Reggae all over the world. With hit albums such as Aaja, Tshk, Brotherhood & Revolution. As a British Asian I am proud to nominate this great band.'

Kulwinder Singh:
'I have been following the band for the last 5 years, they are the most unique sounding bhangra band with a style of their own. Not only on record but their live performance is an experience to be lived.'
