'Thankfully it is impossible to classify this world worn musician who has a style all of her own. Her third album Filth & Fire demonstrates that the muse is still strong within Mary and that she has plenty more superb music to give.I witnessed her live at a small venue and her thanks to the warm up act, concern for the audience and humour single her out as an outstanding individual.
Life has been hard for Mary but the way her pain and experiences are expressed in her music some how makes it all worth while.'
