Charles Ollivon adds third try six minutes before half-time to give France 22-0 lead at break.
First time Ireland have been held to zero points in first half since 2020 and Bielle-Biarrey secures France four-try bonus point seven minutes after restart.
A game of two halves with France not making any errors in the first with a fast mobile pack creating possession in the contacts for the backs.
Ireland are a good side as evident in the second, England, Scotland beware.
Geoff, Greater Manchester
Very clued up France, a good game plan which worked.
Ireland will achieve results, just was never happening tonight.

Ireland looked old and tired. England in 2 weeks at HQ!

Donncha O'Callaghan Former Ireland lock on BBC Radio 5 Live at the Stade de France
"You could use the excuses, and they are there, the injuries, we haven't the depth of squad to go that deep, but there's been a fundamental thought of relying on the Leinster base and for the last few years that hasn't gone as well for the Leinster team.
"You're trying to integrate players and it's just been too much of a gap.
"The Irish attack looks really off it at the moment, multi-phase is non-existent. They can be proud of themselves [for coming back into game], but I'll be honest with you, it's coming again next week.
"This Irish team are on the ropes and everyone is coming after them. [Against Italy], they might be the hunted again. They have to find the answers because Six Nations rugby is ruthless and they need to stop the rot."

Brian O'Driscoll Former Ireland captain on ITV
The thing that concerns me is that there is a vulnerability to Ireland. Other sides will be looking at us and thinking this is nothing like the Ireland team that was at the World Cup in Paris two years ago. This is a team very much in transition and there are scalps to be had.
Italy will come to town next week and there will be other sides who will go 'we can beat this Irish team' when I don't know if that has truly been realistic in previous years.
Irish rebuild going to take 2 years or so....Blooding new players going to take a few International test matches.
On this performance can't see any Six Nations side taking the French on....

Ireland desperately need one or two extremely quick backs

Hopeless by Ireland; too slow, too tight, a wake up call
Grace Davitt Former Ireland centre on BBC Radio Ulster
Do the likes of James Ryan and Nick Timoney get a chance against Italy next week? You wonder does he rest some players before England the following week.
The three games in a row is tough but you also don't want to chop and change too much.

Farrell on what he learnt about his side: "I learnt a lot about the team and individuals in these types of occasions and events. It was a first for quite a lot of our group. Every game you play for your country, whether it was a big win or a tough loss, it has to be a learning curve, and we have to take those learnings from tonight. We need to use it in the right manner and move on.
"I felt we had the right intentions in our prep about how we wanted to play the game, and hopefully that stands with us, but you can't play the game at this level without having the right intention. It's an absolute must, and we have to make sure it is delivered every single time we take to the field."
Ireland captain Caelan Doris was also speaking in the press conference: "There was some good resolve in the second half, but we don't want to be the team that's chasing. We left ourselves too big a mountain to climb and that's down to passiveness in defence, not being connected, not being dominant in collisions and allowing them to flourish."
On his message to the group in the changing room after defeat: "It was Faz that mainly spoke about coming back to work with an opinion. It doesn't start at zero, we have lessons to learn. There was a lot of good stuff in the prep and we'll have to have a deep dive on how to make it better. Coming in with a proper opinion and seeing a reaction next week."

Farrell on the refereeing decisions in the first half and potential forward passes: "Nowadays things are always checked, but how they are checked and not brought back is another thing for me. But anyway, we fell on the wrong side of that and it certainly wasn't the reason why we lost the game, that's for sure."
"We have to regroup, don't we? Otherwise the disappointment stands for absolutely zero. We have to be honest with each other and say it as it is. We have to make sure this stands for something and use it, not only individually but collectively to make sure we give a better showing throughout the rest of this competition, starting with Italy this week."
