Glasgow suffered a bruising eight-try defeat by Lions in Johannesburg, but remain top of the United Rugby Championship table.
Dan Lancaster and Stafford McDowall crossed for tries either side of half-time for the visitors, but they were truly never in the contest as Lions dominated.
Henco van Wyk scored twice for the hosts before half-time, with Erich Cronje and SJ Kotze also scoring in the first half.
They did not let up after the break either as Ruan Venter, Morne van den Berg, Siba Mahashe and Quan Horn added further gloss to the scoreline.
Lions move up to fourth in the table, while Glasgow are four points above Stormers in second, who they face in Cape Town next Saturday (12:45 BST).
