Young football stars light up Edinburgh Castle

Premier league players turned out to celebrate the sport at Edinburgh Castle.

Images of Scotland's young footballers have been projected onto Edinburgh castle in a tribute to the women's game.
Players, coaches and parents gathered at dusk as footage played over the castle walls, showcasing the journeys of young players who are professionals today.
It celebrated existing stars and professional players from all the Scottish Women's Premier League clubs.
But also included in the footage were players from Dundee United CFC U-14s, Glasgow Girls U-16s and Bayside U-18s, youth players from Musselburgh Windsor and several other Scottish clubs.

The event was organised to mark the deal between Scottish Women's Football, the Scottish Women's Premiere League and energy company ScottishPower.
Aileen Campbell, chief executive at Scottish Women's Football, said: "We're proud of what has been achieved so far, and we're excited to keep building real momentum over the next three years."
Meanwhile in international football, Scotland drew 0-0 with Belgium on Saturday in the Fifa Women's World Cup qualifiers, and are top of their group.
Their next qualifying match is in June where they will face Israel in a double header on 5 and 9 June.
