Have a look at these sentences and pay special attention to the context - that means the words that come before and after each adverb of frequency.
- I always use my Oyster card.
- It usually takes 40 minutes.
- You should always eat breakfast.
- That doesn't often happen.
- I'm always on my bike.
- They aren't usually late for work.
Here usually has the same meaning as normally. These adverbs could be used when we want to say something happens about 60 to 80% of the time.
