France sealed a first Under-20 Six Nations Grand Slam since 2014 with a thrilling 31-28 victory over England in La Rochelle.
Les Bleus, who secured back-to-back titles for the first time in their history, won all five of their matches with bonus points, triggering the ruling whereby a team gains an extra three match points for a perfect record.
Ireland thrashed Scotland 47-14 to finish second with four wins and secure the Triple Crown.
England came third after losing twice.
Wales only won one game but picked up four bonus points to finish fourth.
Italy claimed their first win in the final round with a 20-13 victory over Wales 20-13 to move up to fifth.
Scotland finished bottom after a heavy 47-14 loss to Ireland.
Every match was shown live on BBC iPlayer, the BBC Sport website and the BBC Sport app.
