Hull Kingston Rovers have signed former Wigan Warriors utility back Ryan Hampshire until the end of the season.
Hampshire was a free agent after previous club Featherstone Rovers went into administration and were not allowed to compete in the Championship.
The 31-year-old has come through a trial with the Robins and will now link up with Willie Peters' squad.
"Ryan has come into the group on trial and has impressed us with his professionalism and attitude in training," said Peters., external
"Ryan has earned this opportunity through training and his performances with the Reserves and the way he's applied himself since arriving at the club."
Hampshire played 12 games for Wigan across the 2023 and 2024 seasons, where he covered many positions across the backline, having also had a spell with them at the start of his career.
