Devils begin Dundee double header with victory

Cardiff Devils began their Dundee Stars double-header with a 3-0 victory at the Vindico Arena.
Kristoff Kontos assisted both Cole Sanford and Ryan Barrow's first period goals, before Brett Perlini found the net after the first intermission.
The goals dried up after that as Devils netminder Christian Stoever kept Stars at bay with 29 stops in a player of the match display.
Devils rise to third in the Elite League before Sunday's rematch with Stars at 17:00 GMT.
