Torquay United manager Jimmy Ball has challenged midfielder Dylan Morgan to score more goals.
The 23-year-old notched his eighth of the season in Saturday's 2-0 win over Horsham at Plainmoor.
The victory kept the Gulls in fifth place in National League South.
"I think with five games to play he should be on more than eight," Ball told BBC Radio Devon.
"Any attacking player in this team, with the amount of ball we have, should be on more than that.
"He's got to be pleased for another goal but eight, he needs to be on far more than that.
"He needs to be on at least 12 to 15 and the same amount of assists.
"The standards have to go up, people can't be happy with what they've done so far, we need more.
"He's done really really well today, but I'm going to be pushing him as far as he can go, as I am with every single player at the football club, because the amount of chances we create, the amount of wonderful attacking football, we should be in a different position in my opinion."

Reece Evans made his Torquay United debut as a second-half substitute
Ball, who took over at the Gulls earlier this month after Paul Wotton was sacked, handed a debut to new signing Reece Evans.
The Reading forward, who has played youth football for Northern Ireland, has joined Torquay until the end of the season.
He says with Evans and fellow new signing Dion Moore, the Gulls have a good array of attacking talent as they aim for a play-off place.
"He's a handful, powerful, quick, aggressive, suits what we're trying to do and how we're trying to attack," Ball said of Evans.
"He's different. I think him and Dion Moore will give teams a problem because teams are used to Torquay having the ball in front of them.
"But now we've got a real threat in behind because he's rapid, so people won't be able to get as tight to our flair players and our players who can dribble, because we'll have a threat in behind."
