Director: Tom Marshall

Age: 20

Brief Biography: Born in Middlesbrough - never moved! Went to Cleveland College of Art and Design.

What's the best aspect of directing films? Watching a plan come together, I love it when that happens.

And the worst?Being the guy everyone is looking at to tell them what to do when everything is going wrong.

How did you get into film making? By shooting a short cop film called ‘BJ & Clyde’ and taking it to my brother's to edit it, and being amazed by what he could do with the ropey footage we had filmed.

Budget for Bigboy_74: £300

Time from idea to delivery: 4-5 months

Top tip for film making:Don’t try and get in the way too much, just get together a great cast and crew and just let them get on with it.
