Whose story is true?
Did you spot all the subject and object questions with 'what', 'who' and 'which'? We can also use the question word 'whose', spelt 'w-h-o-s-e', as in the question 'whose story is true?'. 'Whose' shows something belongs to someone and usually comes before a noun. It can be confusing because it sounds like 'who's', spelt w-h-o apostrophe 's' and which is short for 'who is' or who has'. Remember, 'whose' for belonging usually comes before a noun.
For example: Whose glasses have I just stepped on?
To do
