Sarah Last
Head of HR
Sarah is responsible for leading the people strategy in BBC Wales and partnering with senior leaders, to contribute to the future strategic direction of the business. Her areas of expertise include organisational design, change and transformation, resourcing and talent management, and leadership development.
Following roles at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama and Capita, Sarah joined the BBC HR team in 2011.
Originally from Port Talbot, Sarah attended Sandfields Comprehensive School. She then studied Welsh at Swansea University and went on to gain her Chartered Institute of Professional Development (CIPD) at the University of Glamorgan in 2013. Sarah currently lives in Cardiff with her family.
