Track: Fair Sally Artist: Jim Moray Music: English folk/rock Chosen by: Jim (Birmingham)
Listen to clip from 'Fair Sally', album: 'I am Jim Moray'
Fairly standard plot: boy asks girl out, she turns him down cause she's mistaken him for a scruffy oik, he reveals that he is in fact a wealthy landowner, she apologises and says 'well, in that case...' EXCEPT that instead of the expected happy ending he says 'No, you've had your chance.' and kills her with a curse....and then dances on her grave. Jolly good.
