I have been working in the HR space for over 12 years, working with international humanitarian organisations. I have a strong interest in partnering closely with leaders and teams to drive people-focused strategies that support organisational goals.

I am passionate about building positive workplace cultures, supporting employee development, and ensuring HR solutions are both practical and impactful. I enjoy working in collaborative environments and I value continuous learning, open communication, and thoughtful problem-solving.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing golf, a hobby that reflects my appreciation for a balance between work and life.
