The Full
Monty is coming to the Liverpool Empire for just two weeks from Tuesday
August 3rd.
Remaining
true to the spirit of the film, The Full Monty follows six out of
work, out of shape everyday men doing whatever it takes to get back
their jobs, their kids and their dignity. With heart warming truthfulness,
humour and compassion, The Full Monty reminds us that when times
are tough we're all capable of extraordinary acts - but it helps
to have real friends you can count on...and a lot of pluck.

The
Full Monty has a book by the acclaimed playwright Terence McNally
whose other credits include the multi Tony Award winning musical
Ragtime. The Grammy-nominated music and lyrics are by award-winning
rock writer and recording artist David Yazbek who has worked with
acts as diverse as David Letterman and XTC.
