BBC Cymru Wales' Interim Director Garmon Rhys chairs the Board of Management which co-ordinates the day-to-day operations of the various departments
The BBC is run by its Board and regulated by Ofcom. Made up of non-executive directors and BBC executives, the Board is responsible for the governance and operational management of the BBC. The BBC Board also has a non-executive director member for Wales to represent the interests of the nation, Michael Plaut.
