He feels there's a lot of unnecessary stigma around mental illness and that it could be reduced by educating the public.

One of the positive things about mental illness is some of the creativity that can come from it. Twink feels this is because mental illness can make people "think outside the box".

However, one of the negative things about mental illness is how isolated people can feel. That is, they can feel like "the only one".
