Worktop woes?

BBC Three Counties Radio Consumer Team listener Lorna contacted the team with a problem she has with her new kitchen worktops...

Lorna has paid £12,500 for this kitchen so far, but she is not happy with the beech worktops.

In Lorna's opinion, the colour of the worktop on the left differs too much to the worktop it joins on the right. She wants a better match.
