CHAPALELE

Ingredients

Chapalele

2 kilos of potatoes
1 kilo of flour
salt

Method

Peel the potatoes, wash them well and cook them. Mash them up, and add the flour and salt. Flatten the doughy mixture, and cut into diamond or square shapes and put in boiling water to cook.

Note: If you want to serve this with honey or jam, don't put in salt. You can also add sugar to the mixture.
