While most women spend a summer working day in dresses, sandals and short skirts men are still confined to long trousers, shirts and jackets - no matter how hot the office is.

Should men be able to wear shorts to work? Jenni asks two modern men with very different views on what men should wear in summer, how casual is too casual for the office, pub or supermarket? Or is a tie de rigeur?
