 If you haven't done any exercise for years, the thought of setting foot in a gym may have you running for the hills
But when two friends, Pauline Eborell and Patricia Furber, hit sixty they vowed to get fit.
Together they embarked on a string of disappointing and downright embarrassing encounters with gyms, exercise classes and fitness instructors.
They're planning on writing a book, but in the meantime they came in to try out some exercises with Jenni.
