A scheme that brings together South African families devastated by AIDS
52-year-old Heather Reynolds, a white South African, has set up a cluster fostering scheme to pair grandmothers who have lost their families to AIDS with children orphaned by the disease.
She talks to Jenni about why she decided to start the scheme and what effect it has had on those families who have lost parents and children to AIDS.
