  British Communists 5 July 2004
The story of their suffering under Stalin

We're now familiar with the terrible atrocities that occurred in the then Soviet Union under Stalin. It's thought that 3 million people were killed during the purges and forced migrations whilst the Communist party in Britain steadfastly refused to believe what was really going on.

Some of the people who suffered under the regime were British, and Frances Becket has documented their lives in a new book, Stalin's British Victims.

Stalin's British Victims by Fances Beckett is available from Sutton Publishing
