 What drives Janet Street Porter?
Janet Street-Porter made her name as one of the most powerful and outspoken women in television. She's currently editor at large for the Independent on Sunday newspaper and she also famously married four times. So what motivates her?
Part of the answer is found in her new book about her childhood; her loathing of her parents, her attempt to ‘eliminate’ her sister, and her increasingly outrageous behaviour, which ended in two abortions and having sex to win bets of a fiver at college.
Janet meets Jenni to talk about her life and her new book Baggage: My Childhood .
Baggage: My Childhood by Janet Street Porter is available from Headline ISBN: 0755312651 from 10 May
