 Over the past couple of weeks, leading chef Angela Hartnett, who heads the team at The Connaught Hotel in Central London, has been seducing our tastebuds with a series of gorgeously velvety rich dessert sauces that should slip down a treat at this time of year - either for entertaining friends or putting on a treat for the family.
