She's been raped, blown up, kidnapped by gangsters, been imprisoned in Bangkok, worked in a chippie and become a lesbian. All in her guise as Lindsey Corkhill, in Brookside.
Since leaving the Close, Claire Sweeney has become the forces sweetheart and a sensation in Chicago.
She's currently starring in Fosse, a tribute to choreographer Bob Fosse at Manchester's Opera House Theatre, and she joins Jenni to talk about her multi faceted life.
