  Listeners' Letters: Discipline in Schools Friday 19 September 2003  
Last week we discussed the lack of training here for student teachers in dealing with classroom disruption. Anna Marshall, who qualified two years ago, told Jenni what she learnt in the only lecture which she had on the subject.
