In the latest of our series of recipes by the cookery writer Diana Henry, she's preparing a sunny Provencal appetiser, Tapenade.
She guarantees it will re-inject the sunshine and flavour of the mediterranean into even the greyest day. She told Anna McNamee how it's done.
