Last month three judges dismissed the appeal of Barry George, the man convicted of killing the TV presenter Jill Dando, saying they had "no doubt as to the correctness of the conviction".

However the campaign for his release continues. A recent Channel 4 documentary claimed not only that there were weaknesses in the prosecution's case against him but that there is also evidence which might point towards Barry's innocence.
Michelle Diskin, Barry George's sister joins Jenni Murray to talk about about her fight to clear her brother's name.
