These days we're all used to cooking with herbs.
Basil, chives and rosemary are mainstays of the kitchen but how about being a bit more adventurous?
With herbs at their best at this time of year, food writer Sybil Kapoor and herb farmer Jekka McVicar join Martha to discuss some seasonal dishes and explain how to get the most out of even the most common of herbs.
