 She played Pris, an android, in Blade Runner and she will always be remembered as the mermaid in Splash. In her latest role Daryl Hannah can be found in the seedy nocturnal world of pole-dancing.
To prepare herself for her latest film, Dancing at the Blue Iguana, Daryl befriended five strippers who earn their living dancing around a 20 foot pole.
She tells Jenni how what turned out as an experiment in method acting became more of an obsession.
