Is Hormone Replacement Therapy as good for us as we think?
The claims surrounding the use of HRT are varied. More often than not we are told that HRT can help with much more than hot flushes.
It may protect against heart disease and osteoporosis. It might improve the condition of your hair and skin. It could improve the symptoms of depression.
Author, Sarah Stacey believes the risks have been underplayed and is keen to dispel the myths surrounding HRT.
Elizabeth Owen, Consultant Gynaecologist at the West Middlesex Hospital joins in the discussion and debates on the merits of taking Hormone Replacement Therapy. Sarah Stacey, Feel Fabulous Forever, published by Kyle Cathie; ISBN: 185626436X
