Domestic Violence Courts Thursday 16 May 2002
The first court in the UK dedicated to dealing with domestic violence opened two years ago in Leeds.

At the time Jack Straw said that victims could now feel they were being taken seriously.
Jenni talks to those who have experienced the court at first hand to find out whether it has lived up to their expectations. She also talks to Nick Peasegood from HALT and barrister Janet Carter.
