Jonathan Davies, a criminal barrister publicly stated last week that too many young women are being encouraged to make rape allegations that will never stand up in court.
He joins Jenni and Nicola Reasbeck, Chief Crown Prosecutor for Northumbria to discuss whether women are being given bad advice when it comes to bringing charges.
