If you haven't eaten enough mince pies to last you until next Christmas and don't know what to do with that spare jar of mincemeat sitting around in the kitchen, then Mary Berry has the answer.
Mary tells Anna McNamee says that instead of pushing it to the back of a cupboard, you can use it in a Mincemeat and Apple Caramel pudding.
