When Sports Science student Shelley Rudman first heard the term "skeleton" she had to ask what it was, but after clocking an impressive time on her first attempt, she decided to pursue the sport. Within three years she had become the British Skeleton Champion, twice, and the World Student Champion. Then, earlier this year, she was selected to represent the United Kingdom at the Winter Olympics. She won the silver medal - Britain’s first and only medal at the Winter Olympics in Turin. She joins Ritula to talk about her life and her sport.British Bob Skeleton AssociationDisclaimer
