Simon Stone's grandparents were always full of stories, some truly funny, some bizarre. His favourite was 'the time the world went green'.  

We're going back to the 1920s when it all happened, and the day the world turned green was recalled in one of those story-telling episodes in which grannies and granddads specialise as Simon told Paul when he joined him on a line from Stoke.
